DESCRIPTION:Come help us prepare for a long circumnavigation trip by joinin
 g for a 24-mile endurance training paddle from Morse Cove launch to Seguin
  Island and back!\nAlong the way\, we'll follow the river and ride the cur
 rents and make our way out to Seguin Island\, where we will take a break t
 o/fro Popham Beach.\nThe plan is not race pace\, but not a bimble either.\
 nBoat with bulkheads\, PFD\, spray skirt\, radio\, lots of water\, lunch\,
  snacks\, required.\nRescue and navigation skills recommended.\nButts in B
