Let’s go check out campsites and start our planning for summer camping trips with a nice loop around Chebeague Island. We’ll LAUNCH AT 9:00 am from Sandy Point Beach on Cousins Island (just over the bridge) and probably go counter-clockwise around the loop to check out Little Chebeague, Crow, and Bangs Island sites before heading back. Right now the weather looks good but we can work with winds as we need to; be sure to check conditions before you come. Full winter gear and safety equipment required; also bring a lunch and hot drink. This is about a 12 nm route.
