Let’s start getting ready for the season with this fine local paddle that features rocky coastlines, lighthouses, and a few miles on the wide open ocean. We will LAUNCH from SMCC at 12 noon so we catch the warmest part of the day. Prepare for a bit of sea and wind, especially as we head around the outside; forecast at the moment is for south winds 10 kts with higher gusts, but check the forecast Sunday morning. Dry suits and full winter gear are necessary for this trip. DIstance is about 8 nm.
