The water’s warm! (Or as warm as it will be!) Join me for this no stress, practice of or introduction to rolling. Got a hitch in your roll? Maybe we can work it out. Scared of rolling? Maybe we can get you comfortable being upside down. The goal here is not to have a perfect roll afterward but maybe learn a bit about the way we roll. What are the mechanics? What steps can we take to practice?
I suggest wearing a helmet (unlike the pic above where my dome is completely unprotected) in case of accidental paddle whacks. Nose plug and goggles or mask may also be helpful.
Rolling will be the focus but you are welcome to practice re-entries and other skills as well.
Parking is at a premium at Lookout so we’ll double- and triple-up our cars. If you can carpool, all the better.
